Nose: A very sweet pleasant smell. I get a lot of vanilla, caramel, and molasses.
Taste: Consistent with the nose, sweet vanilla and caramel with a small hint of spice.
Finish: Smooth and quick. Leaves your tongue wanting another sip. Some more advanced palates would argue it’s a little too quick.

I first started this tumblr blog back in late 2009, when I had dreams of creating my own site and building it from the ground up. Over a year later, I have nothing to show for it. It sucked up a lot of my spare time (much more than I thought it would). It wasn’t long before my passion for the idea had drifted away, along with the infant site.
Fast forward to the beginning of 2011. I am in a much different place in my life. I’m recently married, bought a house, and mid-2011 I will have been at my career job for 2 years. I have recently found myself looking for a creative outlet. Something that would come naturally, and not require a ton of my free time.
Which leads me to the idea behind this blog. I am a man of many interests. And I am always trying to learn and discover new things. When something gabs my interest, I dive head first into it. Something inside of me drives me to try and become a quasi-expert on the subject.
